1. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Standard processing time: 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated (preorder or made‑to‑order items).

Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.

2. Shipping Methods

Domestic and international shipping options are available at checkout.

All shipments include tracking and require a secure delivery address.

Signature confirmation may be required for high‑value items.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Ready‑to‑Ship Items

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (domestic).

International delivery varies by region.

Preorder / Made‑to‑Order Items

Each product page lists its specific delivery window.

Standard preorder timeline: 4–6 weeks unless otherwise specified.

Shipping begins once production and final QC are complete.

4. Preorder Policy

Preorders may require full payment or a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% due before shipment.

Preorder quantities are limited; once sold out, no additional units are produced.

Delivery estimates are provided on each product page and updated if production timelines shift.

5. Quality Control Before Shipment

Every item undergoes a full inspection before leaving the atelier, including:

Visual inspection

Stitching, embroidery, and construction checks

Lining, zipper, and trim verification

Measurement confirmation

Stain‑resistance and color consistency checks

Packaging verification (dust bag, box, ribbon, documentation)

No item ships unless it passes all QC steps.

6. Packaging

All products ship in luxury, maison‑standard packaging:

Matte white magnetic box

Soft gold silk interior

Satin dust bag

Foam inserts (as needed)

Gold foil branding

A tamper‑evident security ribbon is applied.

Once cut, the item becomes a final sale and non‑returnable.

7. Shipping Confirmation

Customers receive tracking information once the order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

HOUSE of LIAMOR is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted directly to the carrier.

We assist with documentation when needed.

9. International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of luxury goods and the tamper‑evident ribbon, all sales are final once the ribbon is cut.

Unopened, unused items may be eligible for review on a case‑by‑case basis.
