HOUSE of LIAMOR β Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
HOUSE of LIAMOR products are crafted in limited quantities and undergo strict quality control before shipment. Due to the nature of luxury goods and our tamperβevident security system, all sales are final once the security ribbon is cut.
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for review under the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Return Review
To be considered for a return review, the item must meet all of the following criteria:
The tamperβevident security ribbon is intact and uncut
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging is included (box, dust bag, inserts, documentation)
The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. NonβReturnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any item with a cut or removed security ribbon
Used, worn, or damaged items
Items are missing original packaging
Preorder, madeβtoβorder, or personalized items
Sale or promotional items
4. Exchanges
At this time, HOUSE of LIAMOR does not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for return review and is approved, customers may repurchase the desired item separately.
5. Return Review Process
If you believe your item qualifies:
Submit a request within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of:
The intact security ribbon
The product condition
The packaging
Our team will review your request within 2β3 business days.
If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Condition Requirements Upon Return
Approved returns must be shipped back:
In the original packaging
With the security ribbon intact
With all accessories, documentation, and inserts
Using a trackable shipping method
HOUSE of LIAMOR is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5β10 business days
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are nonβrefundable
If the item does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and a description of the issue
Our team will resolve the matter promptly
Defective items are handled separately from standard returns.
9. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
All return shipping costs
Duties, taxes, and import fees
These fees are not refundable.
