• The trademarks, service marks, and logos (including the "LD" monogram and the name "LIAMOR D’OR") are registered and unregistered marks of the House.
• The distinctive design of our handbags, wallets, and accessories are proprietary trade dress of the brand.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ALLOCATION
Due to the exclusive nature of our atelier production:
• Limited Series: Products labeled as "Limited Edition" or "Series I" are produced in strictly limited quantities (e.g., 25 units).
• Allocation: Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. Your order is not confirmed until you complete checkout and receive an "Order Confirmation" email.
• Right to Limit: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order to prevent resale and maintain exclusivity.
4. PRICING AND ERRORS
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur.
• Prices are listed in USD.
• In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept major credit cards and verified payment methods. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes and shipping) to that card.
6. COLORS AND MATERIALS
We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However:
• Leather Variance: As we use natural full-grain leathers, slight variations in grain pattern and texture are inherent marks of authenticity, not defects.
• Screen Display: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of “colors” will be perfectly accurate.
7. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your purchase is subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy pages, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please note our strict requirements for returns, including the presence of the intact Security Ribbon.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIAMOR D’OR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
